Our Process

Selling your home with us is like the perfect episode of FRIENDS – “The One Full of Laughter, Great Memories, and a Happily Ever After.”

We understand that while running a busy household, working, chasing the kids around, and trying to keep some sanity, the process of getting your home ready for market can be very overwhelming. You need a realtor to guide you through the process every step of the way that you can trust to always have your best interest at heart. Leave it to us to deliver top-notch communication, attention to detail, savvy negotiation skills, and cutting-edge digital marketing.

Step 1: Preparing your home

Making it sparkle
First, we will walk you through our guide to preparing your home for market at our sellers consultation. Next, our in-house design consultant will put a plan in action to showcase your home with staging and organization.

From there, a professional cleaning crew will make sure your home sparkles before buyers walk through the door. All of this is included in our commission fee, which is in line with the national average real estate commission fees.

Step 2: Strategic Marketing

Getting it out there

We’ll create a custom marketing plan for your home which includes a mix of digital and traditional marketing as well as good old-fashioned networking. 

We know that in today’s world of digital marketing social media, videography, and virtual tours get your home out to a wider audience.

Step 3: Negotiating

Locking in the deal
We will work tirelessly to get your home sold for the most amount of money in the least amount of time.

We will walk you through the negotiating process step by step ensuring you’re knowledgeable on all offer terms, contingencies, and timelines to make sure you are making the best decision for you and your family.

Step 4: Advocating

All the little details

From pending to closing, you can rest assured knowing we’re on top of it, handling the home inspections, and appraisal process, and being on the lookout for any obstacles in between.

Our communication and systems are in place to make sure we are one step ahead of you making sure to call out any red flags that we can and get you to the closing table.

Step 5: Closing

Cha-ching

We will be there to make sure you get that money, honey! On closing day money gets wire transferred to your account, numbers are recorded with the county, and keys are transferred to the new homeowners.
